video don't work in chrome

I created a simple web page in Web Designer premium (v17) with a video clip. The video plays in preview mode, edge and explorer, but wont play in chrome. Why?

win 10 (latest version), I can provide the .web file if needed.

Do you mean it will not auto play?

If so this is a due to the video auto play being blocked by default in Chrome versions 66 and later, unfortunately there is not a lot you can do about it as this setting is not under your control on viewers browsers.
