I have successfully been using Magix video converter model No K0065 which was supplied with the 8th edition of Video Saver for the past two years. It is now no longer being recognised by my computer which tells me to install the drivers. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program from the original installation disc but the converter is still not being recognised despite the drivers included with the installation disc having been correctly re-installed. Any advice or help to resolve this problem would be appreciated.
