hi , i'm trying to help a friend with Rescue your Video Tapes! 
i have install the software + drivers for the usb converter ( K0065 was included on the box) 
software is installed at program files\magix\version 9.0 i have done all the updates (on about in the app it gives that version is 6.0.2.24)
The macine is new one running ryzen 5 2500 with 6gb ram and windows 10 64bit

the problem is that when i'm trying to import video either from s-video or compisite . I press the "Transfer video to computer" button and doesn't do anything, but its like that the usb converter is lost-disconnected from pc and connected again . I did some search on the forum & i found some drivers which i update it but now 
when i press the video transfer it goes to next screen for capturing  but when i press the button "end video transfer" it doesn't give me any recorded video . 

i did also a fresh windows install but still i'm having the some problems
