Video Audio issues in slideshow production.

Hello, I am having issues with my slideshow production. I have saved a project containing roughly about 184 pictures in a more collage format. However, adding short 15 second video clips have been tricky. Once I add said clip, The video then needs to be rotated 90 degrees and then I attempt to play the short clip to make sure transitions fine between the two pictures in the slideshow. once I have checked it plays fine the first time. I check my work twice. Start at first picture then the transition to the video, and all I hear is a slightly audible clicks from the clip. Is this an issue with my software? I am using the newest version of Photostory and am using a fairly high end laptop. specs below. GPU CPU RAM SSD AUDIO Monitor

RTX 2080Super with maxQ design 8GB/ I7 10875 8physical 8 logical/ 32gbDDR4/1TB SSD/ Realtek Audio/ 300hz Monitor.

As the issue occurs after adding video to the timeline, what video format, codec and resolution are you using - to help with this download and install MediaInfo and analyse one of the clips causing the issue and post the results, see this tutorial on how to setup MediaInfo and analyse a video clip for all the data required.

In the video section of the analysis if you see this line:

Frame rate mode: Variable

then this may be the cause of the issue, the video needs converting to Constant frame rate using a video converter such as Handbrake of AviDemux, a tutorial for using AviDemux is here.

If the video file already Constant frame rate, post the analysis results in a comment.

There is a suffix missing from this model name, assuming this is the I7 10875H are the integrated GPU drivers up to date - latest version is 31.0.101.2130 ?

Similarly are the RTX 2080 drivers up to date - the latest version is 561.09 (32.0.15.6109)?
