I have a Philips VKR6875 VIDEO CAMERA and want to use this device to convert my VHSC tapes to digital on my computer. I have purchased your product Video easy rescue Your Videotapes Removed by Moderator but I am not at the moment able to make it run. Any help????

I cannot find very much information about your video camera but you need to connect the analogue output of the camera to the input to the converter dongle. I assume you have installed the correct driver to your computer along with the software?

In addition to @emmrecs comment - the VKR camera only records in mono and will output to the left channel only if you connect the white audio out to the white audio in of the USB converter, to convert this to mono on both channels of the stereo audio you will need to do this in Rescue Your Video Tapes after recording.
Also note that the video resolution from VHS is very low definition at approximately 330 x 480pixels for NTSC or 330 x 576 pixels for PAL, and the quality of the recording will depend on how much the tapes have deteriorated with age.
Before recording from a tape run it through the camera at least once to ensure that it is not binding or losing its coating tapes, any deterioration may result in dropout ie loss of signal, and/or print through if the tapes have been tightly wound for a long period.
