Hi, I´ve recently purchased Vegas Pro 21 but the program doesn´t run in my Laptop.

The package I purchased includes Acid and Sound Forge. Those two programs runs without any problem, but Vegas doesn´t.

Also, I have Adobe Suite installed in my computer and It works perfectly -Premiere, After Effects, among others-.

Problem is specifically with Vegas 21

When I try to open it, it loads until the stage "Create Windows" and then stucks in there.

This is the set up of my laptop:

- Windows 11 Home, 64-Bit
- 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1260P
- 32372 MB RAM

So I assume that the program has to run without any problem.

I had the free trial of Vegas 20.0 for a couple of weeks but I uninstalled it to installed the program I purchased.

Please, let me know if is possible to fix this issue or I have to reclaim the refund of my purchase.
