I have an i9 NVIDIA 3070 64 RAM Windows 10 desktop. Trying to do video editing of 4K animation. Vegas Pro 19 Constantly says Not Responding. It is constant. How do I fix this issue. I have followed all the Youtube video on how to fix crashes and not responding. None of them have helped. I also cannot get any of the fx to work on a clip. How do I fix both of these issues?
