Hello. I purchased Vegas Edit Pro 14 and had it activated to my desktop. I downloaded Vegas again for my laptop, but when I try to use it, it says "This serial number has already been registered to another email address. Please contact MAGIX support. Error code: -24". This "another email address" is the one I registered with. I looked at my product information and it says I can have this program on 2 devices. One is on my desktop, and it says my other one is still open, "This space has not yet been used for product activation.". But when I try to activate it, it says "Error activating. No activation could be created; please try again later."

I'm frustrated and can't find any help for my particular situation.
