Vegas 22 PRO serial number sent to my email is being used by other

I´ve bought a license for Vegas 22 PRO but serial number sent to my email is not valid, message says it is being used by another person!

I'm using Windows 11 on a Vaio laptop

@ricardoluiz-r Did you buy a used copy from a different vendor than Magix? Then please contact the seller. The serial number needs to be unregistered from the previous customer account via Magix support before you can use it. This is also true if you are the person who registered it in the past but created a new customer account with a new email address. Magix customer support can merge both accounts into one.

If you bought your copy directly from Magix please contact customer service at infoservice@magix.net. There simply might be a technical problem with the registration servers.
