I have just re-installed VE after rebuilding my PC.  VE came with a Kaiser-Baas dongle which converts TV programd to a digital signal, and it usually connects and records TV for processing (cutting out the ads ).

On this installation it does not connect.

Can someone tell me how to get it to connect?
