V19 doesn't launch (not the first time)

This may have been asked before but I couldn't find one specific to my problem, my PC recently got a RAM upgrade (8 > 32) and now I can't open Vegas in it, I tried the hold Ctrl and Shift thing and no luck, here's more info

Problem Description
   Application Name:    VEGAS Pro
   Application Version: Version 19.0 (Build 651)
   Problem:             Unmanaged Exception (0xe06d7363)

System Processor AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics, 3500 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
