Using Photo Story 14 and my transitions do not work

I've installed Photostory 2014 but none of my transitions work. I'm able to see them as options offered, buut when I drag and drop them into my story line, they show as black and do not show the transition when playing the story line

Sorry I don't have Photostory, but can suggest a (slight chance) option to try...

In other Magix editing programs there is a 'Program settings' >> 'Display options' window which usually offers several video mode choices depending on the hardware/software in your computer:

Possibly a different setting might work.
