Using MEP 15 Pro. After recording analog TV, says file is empty.

Just installed MEP15 Plus. After recording analog TV when I hit OK I get Caution my record/ recordxx.mpg is empty. I hit play and nothing is there.

Answering my own question. I gave up on help and after reading other questions I took my old computer with a Hauppauge 1042 PVR MCE 150 board and put it in my Dell 420 XPS with an ATI Theater 500 board. I can now record analog TV. The ATI board is not cpmpatible with MEP 15 at least in my case. I think Magix needs to give us a list of compatible TV cards and ones that dont work so we dont waist out time. Also my audio is not working for internet recording. I am using the mother board and will try my Boston speaker card from my old system as I can't get the ICON for record what you hear.
