Using windows 10, Grabby Terratec and MAGIX Video easy TERRATEC Edition.

The connection between the camera and pc is made by S-Video. The camera is playing and the video appears on the MAGIX Video easy.

When I click on the record button, the program starts recording. There is a timer counting.

But when I stop the recording and choose to work on the video no clips will be added to the timeline.

The connection between the camera and PC are good because the viedo is being shown. Somehow the software does not record this stream.

I have tried all (limited) settings but to no avail.

Does anybody have an idea what cause be the cause and/or how to fix it?
