Using google page speed

I have a website hosting through the magix M hosting plan and need to use googles page speed service but am not sure how to edit or add a file in my account to point to the page speed server. The details from their website say I need to edit the following: Record type- CNAME, Host-www and Point to pagespeed.googlehosted.com so I need to know how to add the details to the DNS record so they can boost the page of my website. What do I do?

Hi

What Google are asking you to do is add a CNAME record to your Domain name settings in the control panel of your hosting account if this option is available.

This is an alias for your website ie the viewer will type in your website address but it will not be delivered from your web hosting provider but from the address pointed to by the CNAME entry, in this case from the Google pagespeed servers.
