Using 4k clips

rruiz wrote on 4/16/2019, 9:51 PM

Guys I edited a simple 30 sec clip using Photostory. I am impressed how easy it is.

I want my output fullHD, so for now it is perfect.

I will start combining more 4k clips, with hope that the system won´t crash.... SOME TIPS? SOME IDEAS TO AVOID FREEZING THE SOFTWARE ?

(I know that there is a software specially for video, but I bought this due to the simple it was promoted)

Thanks . Now is updated my signature with my PC info.

I am just loving Photostory. Incredible intuitive to use !!

I will be using clips of 30 sec long to create a 3mins video. I am fine exporting to Full HD. Clips were recorded at 24p on 4k using D-log profile, so I will color correct them with the hope to copy adjustments from one clip to another, applying other effects, etc... and also to create beautiful transitions that the Software provide.

(I have Premiere Pro that has been not easy for me)

I bought a new video card and updated my Signature.

Would you recommend me special settings for a smooth editing? I don´t care if it take time to render.

(why at rendering process mention that HARDWARE ACCELERATION IS NOT USED?)

Thanks
