Ik heb www.magixagent.nl geraadpleegd en de driver geinstalleerd. 

Ik heb mijn computer opnieuw opgestart. 

Als ik de programma CD van Red Uw Video's nu opstart en USB-driver selecteer dan krijg ik de volgende mededeling: 

"Please update your WIN-2K version to Service Packet 4"

Wie kan me helpen aub.

This is the English speaking forum - you can change forum language on the right - there is a Dutch forum available.

Windows 2K is no longer supported by Microsoft, however you can still get the service pack here

Dit is de Engels sprekende forum - u kunt forumtaal rechts te veranderen - er is een Nederlands forum beschikbaar.
