USB & Midi Devices not working in Magix Samplitude Studio 2013, please help?

I have Magix Samplitude Music Studio 2013 and I have tried to load my USB instruments such as an AKAI LPK25 USB(midi) keyboard, a Belkin USB Guitar input device, and other USB devices, but I cannot appear to get them loaded as I run the studio program on my laptop, I cannot see how to use them, as nothing I do appears to load anything that i can use in order to load me drum or keyboard plugins, please can you help?

I have tried virutally all of the options from wtihin the 'audio/devices/preferences' panel, but I cannot hear anything through the USB devices when I try to play an instrument through them, so please can you help?

Knowing nothng about your laptop....it may not be up to the task ? Has any of your USB gear worked anywhaere else ? You got good USB cords ? YOu got good USB drivers installed ? Try to get one to work first instead of plugging everything in and saying "Work.....dammit ! "

Can you explain more clearly what you mean for

1. AKAI LPK25 USB(midi) keyboard

are you trying to get Music Sudio to play the midi instruments?

Trying to record the midi instrumnets sound outputs (if they have them)

Trying to use the midi instruments to plat one of the MIDI synthesisers in Music Studio

2. Belkin USB Guitar input - is this a USB Analog to digital converter or what?

3. What are the 'other' USB devices.
