USB EMP Audio Device driver SW not installed

erabesp wrote on 5/29/2013, 3:24 AM

When reinstalling Video Saver SW on my PC after installing Windows 7, I get an error message after installation: "USB EMP Audio Device driver failed installation."

The other two drivers did install and are OK.

When starting the program (Movies on DVD), I can view the analogue video from VHS-player, but the sound is missing.

What to do? I reinstalled driver, searched Microsoft for updates but no luck.
It seems as if I have to throw away this Magix HW and SW and buy Plexgear instead?

I am using Magix Movies on DVD 7. Also downloaded and installed latest version

OS is Windows 7.
