I have a new laptop with Windows 10 and I've installed the Rescue your video tapes 7 software (that I used to use on a windows Vista ) but the USB converter is not recognized.

The version of Rescue your video tapes is 32 bit but my windows 10 is 64 bit and the installer automatically installs the 64 bit driver.

I've tried to install the 32 bit driver available but it states that MAGIX USB-VideoHandler 2 requires an x86 processor. My USB converter is the red and white version that came with the software.

Could you please help me solve this issue so I can continue to convert my old videos?
