Uploading video to the community

When ever I upload a video to the community, after the upload is complete it returns to the upload page (Step 1) rather than going on to step 2.

The file is a WMV file, 56 megs.
I fill out all of the necessary criteria and the upload starts. It takes time to upload, which is to be expected but when the upload completes rather than opening the Step 2 page, it goes back to Step 1 and all the info is blank.

This is very frustrating.

Hello Jay,

I just created and uploaded a test file of a similar size and everything seems to be fine. I assume it was just a temporary problem. Does it work for you again or are you still having problems?

This happened once before - the best thing to do is use the feedback button on the upper right of this page and they'll fix it.
