Matt, I tried asking before, but your reply came back incomplete. 
Please find below a copy of original:

My first upload to Xara, “leylinesexplained.com” to Xara went through seamlesly.
My second to “leylines explained.net” said : “ publishing complete, click to view website” pane at top right.
but can’t be found on the Internet.
Then I tried Filezilla: adding directory:  public_html but received error message: “mkdir/public_html permission denied”. 
Can you tell me which directory I should be using or how I can get my site uploaded?
