Upgrading to Photos on DVD Deluxe 9

I am a previous very happy owner of photos... However I can find no upgrade path to the latest version (9) and it seems expensive for the additional features. I produce films DVD from my slides and would love to have the map feature but for this alone I don't think I can afford the full cost.

Hi there,

if you aren't sure about wanting the latest program, do what I do: download the free trial version.

http://www.magix.com/uk/free-downloads/trial-versions/all-trial-versions/

Then, if you do decide to buy it, and you have the previous version, ie 8, make sure that you do NOT buy within the program, but get in touch with MAGIX directly and request a special upgrade price. If you don't, it won't happen automatically, and it would be a shame to spend more than you need to.
