Upgraded to windows 11, upgraded Designer pro X19 and askes to registe

I bought designer pro x 11-17-22, after upgrading windows to 11. I also updated 19. When I tried to open it, I was told the trial period is expired??. I don't have my serial number, and the purchase is not registered in my Magix account, I forgot to register it back then. Now I need my serial number to register it, and I don't have it. How can I get this?
I've been using 19 fine every day since November 11.

Assuming that Designer Pro X 19 was bought through Magix and previously activated then the registration should be in your account at magix.com.

If it is not there, and you do not have the email confirming the purchase and containing the serial number, then contact Magix by email to infoservice@magix.net.

Thank you. This is so strange. I have all products I have bought from Magix since 2007 in my account, just not this one. I will contact support.

Hi,

In your account, do you see "Xara D....365"? That is where your serial number should be unless you registered it using another account (different email address).
