Upgrade Photo Story Extreme

I have a downloaded version of Photostory. Under "Help" I was invited to download the latest version. However, this failed and I was invited to reload the software with a software disk as the downloaded up grade was unable to find the software on my computer. Clearly I don;t have a soft ware disk as my version was downloaded. How can I solve this problem?

Hello Edmond.

If you log into the support site directly, you should be able to choose the update for your program. Or was/is there really an upgrade option there, which then begs the questions exactly which program do you have, version, lang etc, and which upgrade did you request.

If you did mean update, then log in under the link below and locate your program
