Is there an upgrade path to MAGIX Samplitude Pro X7 from Samplitude Music Studio 26?

I like the products but it is very frustrating that there is no direct email address or number to call for support

Yes, there is and it's very simple to get there. Click on Support at the top of the forum, select your products, scroll to the bottom of the page and select "CONTACT SUPPORT." The rest should be obvious.
