Upgrade failure

Some years ago I obtained Xtreme Photostory 8. Later I purchased an Upgrade: Magix Photostory 2016 deluxe. For various reasons, I have only just installed the Photostory 8 on my Windows 10 computer. I have been trying to install the upgrade but it refuses to load, halting with a messgae that refers to 'en-GB'. Can you help to sort me out?

Yes, possibly, especially if you tell us exactly what the error message says!

Also, please read this post and give us all the information requested there.

One thing to consider: I'm pretty certain Xtreme Photostory 8 is now quite "old" software. Even the 2016 "upgrade" which you have is some years behind the current edition. It is quite possible that Xtreme Photostory will not install and/or run under Win 10.
