Why can't I upgrade my software? Every time I try and upgrade Xara Designer Pro I get an error that I am in the USA, and can't upgrade. It is impossible to change my location and my address (Ireland) is not accepted. On the Magix website there is no option for Ireland! Can't get support and every time I try to generate a ticket I get an email back saying email not delivered. Is anyone else having this problem or have I been singled out for **** services?
