Why indeed??? I'm not sure how you expect we fellow-users to answer such a broad question?? Perhaps we should ask: why do you assume you should be eligible for said upgrade?

Seriously, please tell us  a great deal more about exactly which Magix product and version you have, when you bought it and which version you think you should be receiving an upgrade to. With that sort of information we might have a possibility of answering your original question.
