Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Normally, when you run your existing installation you should be prompted with a message inviting you to update/upgrade. If you do not see that message when the program is open have you tried Help>Update online?

If you have also received a new serial key you could visit this page, download the Free trial and, once installed, use that new key to fully register and activate it.
