I've tried twice today to update to ACID 10 (I have ACID 9) and the process "hangs" at the payment button. HELP!!!!

As much as we'd (I'd) like to help this is an issue for Magix support, I don't think folks on the forum are in a position to help you in this regard. Best of luck !

You need to click on the Support link in the header of any forum page and follow the links there to Magix Sales.
