Photo and Graphic Designer 17.0.0 etc says that an updatye to 17.1 etc is available butI cannot download it without being asked to pay. I understood that updates were free for the first year. When I delve into my account I see that indeed I am emtitled to updates until March 2021. So why am I being asked to pay for the update?
