What exactly do you mean when you say it will not update? The auto-update function in the "Help" menu doesn't find a suitable update? What is the current code version of the software ("Help" menu/"About" function)? Maybe the program is already up-to-date. Try having a look on the support website whether an update for you particular version is even available and install it manually.
