@FBOMBS The loops included in Music Maker Ultimate are commercially usable.
For other Music Maker variants you need to buy a separate commercial license for each Soundpool loop pack you want to use commercially. This is possible via the Music Maker in-app-store or via Producerplanet.com.
In case you get a subscription to all loops be aware that the subscription only allows non-commercial usage. But it's a good way to subscribe for one or two months and then check out all content and find the ones you like the most and want to use commercially.
In the program itself you cannot directly see which Soundpools you have are commercially usable. There is no difference between the files. You'll simply get an order confirmation e-mail or can look it up in the Producerplanet customer account (use the same login credentials as you used for your Magic customer account). The commercial license is simply a receipt for your records.
All virtual instruments included in Music Maker or from the in-app-store can be used commercially without any additional license if you compose your own music with them. It's only prohibited to use the example melodies that are included with the instruments.
