Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Which website did you use to buy your site name? Once you have paid for your chosen URL they are responsible for registration etc., and in my experience, such "approval" normally takes a matter of minutes, if not less. The "official" Registration Certificate may take some days to arrive but that does not mean your URL is not approved.

As to your question - not having used the Magix domain service I would be guessing.

I would suggest you contact Magix Support through the Support link at the top of the page.
