I have purchased a 12 month update service for Photostory DeLuxe 2022. When I try to update I am taken to the payment for the update which I have already done. It keeps going round and round. I am also unable to find where I can lodge a request for support ie receive a ticket. Can anyone help?
Thank you very much for the information. Much appreciated as I have emailed infoservice and now have a ticket number and hope to get a fix to my problem urgently.
