unable to make changes to my website on new host

Please help! I've migrated to a new web host that supports SSL. Now, I cannot make changes to my website. When I attempt to publish, the upload appears to go normally. My web host confirms the files have uploaded. Problem: the uploaded files do not change my website. The web host says it's not their fault the site doesn't update. I've cleared the caches in my browser and on the host. I've rebooted. I cannot seem to access technical support from either Xara or Magix; all I find are FAQs that do not address my problem. Does anybody have an idea of how to fix my problem? I'm getting desperate. There are mistakes on my site that I need to fix.

The program I'm using is Xara Web Designer Premium 18.5.0.62892  DL x64 Aug 11 2021
My web host is siteground.com
I am using Windows 11 on a x64-bit Lenovo P15s (gen 2)

I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

@tom-durkin

This is essentially a duplicate of the thread you created here. Please do not create such duplicates because it is then impossible for users who might have ideas to offer to know what you have already been told!

By all means bump your original thread by posting there the additional information you have given here.

I fully understand your frustration, but I have to say that, in my admittedly limited experience of web publishing, any problem of updated pages failing to appear on a web site is rarely, if ever, the fault of the software used to produce those pages.

In the meantime, this thread will be closed.
