Unable to download, check internet connection

HI, just purchased the latest xara webdesigner, I can go to the content catalog, but when I click a website to open it tells me that it cant download and to check my internet connection. Connection is great,. How do I download?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Check the following Internet options are on as shown below:

and that you Firewall, this may be in your antivirus program, is not blocking the program from accessing the Internet - you may have to allow Web Designer through the firewall.

Once you are connected I would advise you to download all the Online Content to your PC and keep a backup copy of it.
