unable to download anything with download manager

just upgraded from vegas pro 18 to 22 suite. download manager loads goes to download screen starts to download and instantly pauses and will not progress past 0%. I did manage to get offline installers for vegas pro but cannot find offline installers for the other software. I want offline installers please. registration works fine.

Hi and welcome to the forum - albeit the wrong one.

Vegas products, with the exception of Magix Movie Studio 18 and later versions, have their own forum - click the link at the bottom of this page.

There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help in the program.

I would suggest you post your question there.
