Unable to create DDP

Hello we have recently run into a problem with Sequoia when trying to create a DDP out of a .HDP. When we try to create a DDP the following message comes up: " ...An error occurred while creating the DDP information!!! the export of the DDP information failed!!!

We are using Sequoia 13 (build 340, 64 bit) on a Windows 10 machine.

Any help would be appreciated!
