Unable to create Activation code

Hello! I've recently gotten a new laptop and have been meaning to install my copy of Movie Studio 15 Suite, but it keeps giving me an error whenever I try to create an activation key. All the info seems to be correct and I've made sure to remove my old devices from being registered, but I still get an error.

@Daniel-Sarca Offline activations aren't possible with serial numbers that start with P3. Does your program have a P2 or P3 serial number?

Usually you only enter your e-mail address and serial number during the first start of the program. Then it will be checked online and the program should unlock.
