Unable to contact customer support

I tried to contact technical support by e-mail, but the system said I had no registered products.  I checked under my account profile, and I do indeed have a registered product.  I tried to e-mail customer service to tell them I can't contact technical support, but I can't find a way to e-mail them.  Calling doesn't look promising either, as they seem to ask for codes that I don't have to get through the phone system. Has anyone figured out how to contact a Magix employee to help with this type of problem?

I spoke with a customer service agent, who told me that the problem was that they hadn't yet loaded all of the serial numbers from Photostory version 11 into their customer support database.  In addition to fixing that, they also answered my question on the phone (even though I hadn't paid for phone support).  The agent was very friendly and helpful, and now I have access to e-mail support.  So, that was a happy ending.
