Unable to close photo manager

I am unable to see or use the Maximise/Minimise and Close buttons they dissapeared and I am unable to use them now ? I maximised the desktop and they just went off screen.

Ok, sounds like you aren't using the min screen settings of 1024 x 768. If you're pushing 800 x 600 for instance, then this is what you'll get. The Windows old faithful Alt + F4 key combo will close this. Try resetting your display to the recommended settings. Cheers, M o' L.
