I have a new macbookpro running bootcamp with windows. I have been able to install the program as well as ad add ins.

my issue is when checking for updates, there is a box that comes up but its white and blank. I have rebooted- reinstalled the program and still get the empty white box. is there another way to check for updates or is this a known issue with a mac running windows under bootcamp.
