Hi,

I purchased MAGIX PHOTOSTORY TRAVELER EDITION today and then realized that the Ultimate Travel Package was not installed. I followed the directions and entered my coupon for the upgrade. My laptop froze when upgrading and I had to restart it. When I tried to install the UTP, the theme in the store was not listed and it said that the coupon was invalid since it was used already. I tried to find the software downloaded before the upgrade, but I cannot.

I am running Windows 10.

Is there a workaround for this situation? The only reason I purchased the Traveler Edition of Photostory was because of this feature. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
