I downloaded the video tutorials from the programs help menu (Photostory 10). WHERE DO I ACCES THEM FROM???? I am very competent, and have tried everywhere I can think of. Do you guys actually care??
Well, looking at how you talk to us I start to think "Nope. Don't care!".
You DO know that we are not Magix but only users that help each other, do you - I mean, if you are so competent this'll be something that you recognized, right? ;).
Really, no need to talk to us like that. Contact the Magix support when you want to blame them - besides I don't think that it's a nice way of communication talking to those support members that way, either.
Anyway:
Could you please exactly describe what happens when you click on one of the tutorials in the product? Actually those videos are online (downloadversion) or within the product (retail version) mainly. But I'm more into their music software, maybe there are slight differences to their photo products...so just let me know where you click and what exactly happens.
