Trying to register a free trial - doesn't send code to email!

I can't find any way to contact customer support on this whole website. Crazy. Anyways, i'm trying to get a trial of the new Movie Studio. However, it asked me to register, and then says that it will send the trial code to my email.... but it hasn't shown up. I checked spam folder etc.

What's more frustrating is there isn't the ability to send code again or find a different way. and the fact that magix doesn't even have a customer support email for inquiries like this is mind-boggling. I've wasted like 20 minutes just trying to install software! Shouldn't be this hard.

Magix email address for queries is infoservice@magix.net - this is stated in the Support page of the Magix website.

There is a Support link at the top of every page in the forum, however this may not be avaialble for the trial version.

Didn't see that info ( i usually scan for a link to email support)... any chance you know why I'm not getting an email with the trial registration #? Obviously i can't access a support link in the program if i cannot open it.

Is there any way to check out this program without receiving a trial code? I have gmail, so i would think that this has been tested with gmail accounts.

Hi Ryan

Usyally the emails do not arrive due to:

incorrect or mis-typed email address
End up in the Spam folder - if you access your GMail using a mail program such as Outlook, then emails in the Spam folder may not turn up in the email program depending on which the protocols setup.

Scroll to the top of this page - there you will see the Support link (in all caps), however as you have no activated product it may not allow you to raise a support ticket, try it and see, following the instructions in the dialogs and always scrolling to the bottom and selecting Email/Contact Support.
