trying to load video from Sony Handicam through Dazzle DVD Record

Using Magix Movie Edit Pro 15. When trying to capture video. Error message File write protected cannot write data. All I want to do is download video so I can make a DVD movie. Any help would be appreciated. P.S. This is new to me.

Probably one system error generated by ... Vista ?
You must create a directory with full access for all people (right-click on directory, security, modify, grant full access for all)
Probably you need to be pc administrator to do this.
