Your RAM has nothing to do with your temp files.

You'll need to check where MMEPro has set up the temp file, if it has something it it then simply delete it.

If it's empty and nothing to delete you'll need to set up the program to where the temp file is located. Usually in your "settings" or "options".

Refer to the manual if necessary about temp files.
