Trouble running photo manager 16 after install. Is install broken?

Hi there.. I've installed Photo Manager 16 Deluxe on a 32bit system, on my laptop and after installing the app and rebooting the computer, I get a error message saying "The application failed to start because MFPlat.DLL was not found. " I've tried reinstalling, the same thing happens.. I've included a screenshot of the dialog for more details.

Can anyone shine some light on the fix for this problem. ?

I'm running windows XP on a small Gateway NetBook with 2GB of physical memory.

Your response is greatly appreciated..

Many thanks.

@ralbuque

Hi

Photo Manager 16 requires Windows Vista or later - it is not compatible with Windows XP which does not have the MFP file that is mentioned in the error message.

Please do not include email address or confidential/personal information including serial numbers, order numbers, etc in the forum.
